January can feel heavy, so Fresh Air Fix is here to help you create small, energising moments outdoors - without pressure, without fitness targets, and without needing to “be sporty.” Just a little step outside can shift your mood, clear your head, and help you feel more like yourself again.
Every outdoor activity you record from 12 January - whether it’s a walk, wheel, run or cycle - earns you extra rewards and the chance to win prizes for the remainder of the month. Think of it as a gentle nudge, a breath of fresh air, and a little reward for taking care of yourself.
1️⃣ A Small Win Every Day - Each day you step outside and record a walk, wheel, run or cycle you’ll earn QUADRUPLE per minute points, up to 120 points per day.
2️⃣ A Lunchtime Lift - From 1pm–2pm every day, it’s Fresh Air Fix Happy Hour. Getting outside during this hour for a walk, wheel, run or cycle earns you entry for the weekly draw, where we award 40 prizes each week: 10 users will win 5,000 BetterPoints (£5) and 30 will win 2,500 BetterPoints. The draws will take place on 19 and 26 January, and 2 February.
